use
once you purchase a character design from me, you can do almost anything you want with it. i don't mind if you change any aspect of the design (gender, species, color palette, literally anything) and you are completely allowed to recolor/"remix"/filter/draw on the original art of the design you have purchased because you are purchasing both the art as advertised and the character concept/design itself.if my art is posted anywhere other than toyhouse, i would prefer if you credited me (posting the version with my signature counts).i reserve the right to use my own artwork for promotional purposes (i.e., posting it on other websites, using it as an example in my portfolio), with the exception of private commissions.i only request that if you plan to use a design for a large-scale commercial project that you let me know in advance so we can negotiate payment with that in mind.
with that being said, there are a few things that will result in being privately blacklisted from any further purchases:
use of designs to promote bigotry (i.e., racism, homophobia, transphobia, intersexism, misogyny)
reselling a design at an inflated price with no additional art
the only circumstance in which i will "revoke" a design is in the case of false chargebacks or any other attempts at scamming, which will also result in a permanent ban from all further business with me.
this is not legally binding, these are just my personal boundaries and how i enforce them.
